MINT WINTER TERM 2025
Speed, Strength and Cardio for 10yrs to16yrs olds
Our unique programme teaches lifting, cardio, bodyweight and gymnastic movements in a safe and supportive environment. No two classes are the same, but each session will help your child to learn, perform and progress.
Working in small groups or with partners, our mixed ability approach promotes team spirit as they tackle new physical challenges together.
FRIDAYS 17:00 - 17:50
11 Weeks from 17 Jan until 4 April with a week* break for Feb Half Term
You can book after a course has started and only pay for remaining sessions.
*Half Term is 17 - 21 Feb 2025
Max 15 places per session.
