This week's workout is from new MINT Coach Dusty who will be coaching some of our after school classes at CrossFit2012.
He's put together a 7 min workout - but don't be fooled, as you know short on time doesn't mean it's easy!
WHAT YOU NEED
Weighted item to pull underneath you when in a plank e.g. dumbbell, kettlebell, tin of beans, rucksack of books
Step, low chair, low ledge
THE WORKOUT - 7 min AMRAP
(As Many Rounds AS Possible)
10 x Grasshoppers (start in plank position and bring opposite shin to arm)
10 x Plank passes (5 each arm, don't drop or twist the hips, its just the arm that pulls the weight through)
10 x Blocked Squats (keep your feet together, toes can be pushed out to the side and drive those knees out)
10 x Step Ups (you can hold some weights to make this harder)
